Important Stuff

ORDERS AND DISCOUNTS:
Orders/invoices sent out to customers prior to a sale day as not eligible for the discount should the invoice be paid on a sale day.  Price is what was detailed in the invoice at the time of emailing.
Discounts will only be attributed to items on sale or as detailed for a product, or received by customer. Discounts will not be given out for the sake of it.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special Orders are always welcome, although will not be accepted as part of any sale day.  Orders for complete kits will always incur a 15% discount.
SALE DAYS:
Sale day discounts are only valid for what is available in the store on the say of the sale.
SHIPPING:

Once I receive your order, I shall pack it with the utmost care and attention (plus with a little goodie enclosed) and ship it to you within 1-2 business days.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post. Please let me know within your order if you would like any special delivery instructions added, e.g: ATL (Authority to Leave) etc.

RETURNS:

If you would like to return an item and request a refund, please make sure it is:
  • Within 30 days from when you placed the order.
  • In its original condition and still within its packaging/labelling. 
  • Not a SALE item - there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
You will need to pay the postage costs for any returning items should it be a change of mind. 
Postage costs will be covered by tinsiMink should the returns be due to:
  • an incorrect item being sent by mistake;
  • there being a fault with the item you received.
REFUND WHAT-TO-DO
  • When you request a return/refund, could you please supply your invoice/order details via email: sales@tinsimink.com.au
  • You shall then get a reply with details on how and where to send the returning items.
  • Once the items are received back at tinsiMink, a refund will be issued to you and should clear in your account within 3 business days.
  • Refunds submitted will be for the goods alone and not for any initial shipping costs paid for the order, except for the reasons stated above.
  • Please use Tracking on your return shipment.
